AREA 51 UPDATE - 7/31/00:
Jacuzzi Update: The frame is built and stained. The jacuzzi is in the frame pending plumming, pump and heater installation. We have it in place and already we can imagine what it's going to be like when it's up and running. Lou-dog is truly the master of mechanical and constructional trades. And what he isn't a master in, he is above average at.
Last Friday we didn't have much of a turnout. The Luth's appeared, which always makes Area 51 a better place the minute they show up. Mongo mixed up some of his infamous vodka drinks. Too bad more people weren't around to enjoy them. Perhaps this week!
Lisa Ray, Tom's team mate at Ingram Micro, has announced that she is resigning from Ingram after many, many years. Little did we know that she has a degree from the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising (FIDM). Aside from interior decorating and consulting, she will be making available reasonably priced clothing for sizes 12 and up. We wish her the best and hope that she stays in touch.
