AREA 51 UPDATE - 7/24/00:
Oh boy! Oh boy! Oh boy! We have a jacuzzi! It's... not exactly up and running yet, but Lou (our resident master engineer) is already hot on the task! It needs bit of external and motor work, but the inside - oh, let me tell you about the inside! It is SMOKIN'! It's all we promised and more! I wish I had a video tape of the boys carrying out this monster. We would like to personally thank Louis Valencia, Lou Villaescusa, Todd West, Dave Snyder and Jim Swendsen for moving the giant tub from Long Beach to Area 51. We would also like to thank Mare Reynolds for donating the jacuzzi.
Last night was a great Current Events night! Many people brought interesting stories to the table. After a night like that, who needs to read the whole paper? We all walked away with new perspective. We still need to work on that munchie donation though.
Heads up: Sarah Grissom (Ryan's wife) is getting ready to pop! Don't know if she is going to make it to her due date of 8/8. We'll keep you posted!
