1996 HOLIDAY CHEER!!

From a 'Stanton'® Clan

What do you know? The Christmas season is once again upon us! Did we invest in a holiday savings account? Well, no... but, hey! You got a card, right? Merry Christmas!

The Tom & Patty Show Update: As always, Tom and I are quite excited about the holidays this year. As usual, no, we're not pregnant. Child birth is still not an understandable concept for me, even though a couple of close friends of ours have experienced the "joy" (pain... ouch...) this year. Ingram Micro is still a great place to eat, work and shop. This year, Ingram Micro became a public company which means that everyone now knows how truly phenomenal we are. Tom is still in Specialty Sales and is kickin' fanny! He was entered into the President's Club for this year's first quarter with the best sales figures in his branch! Yeaaaa, Tom! I'm on my 7th year with the company, still in Marketing. I've entered into the electronic age and am now a Web Master (ie: Internet Knowledgeable). Can you type "http://www" with your eyes closed? I can.

Black Belts R Us: Yep, we're still involved with martial arts. Tom is going for his third degree black belt! He's no longer the lowliest ninja, no sir! I've seen him jump on the hood of a speeding car and survive! It was just like Starsky & Hutch, man. I can still get out of harms way and kick some serious hiney without running like heck (although I still use that method from time to time). I'm not ready for moving vehicles yet, though.

Petting Zoo News: Mickey and Mallery, our Natural Born Killer Pythons, are still alive and well and are pretty big for two year olds. Taz is still in the "lizard condo", but not for long. He... I mean, SHE (yes, we found out the truth about sex and lizards this year) is getting bigger too and is almost as big as Zeke. We now call her Tazwena. Rosy, the National Geographic Tarantula, is just fine and continues to be a great topic of conversation. Our terrific tabby, Zeke, has a thing for swinging now and won't leave us alone unless you fling him (yes, he's still a boy cat) into the air a couple of times singing "Weeeee, weeeee". He'll start to purr and that's when he'll let you quit. Sure, we look like geeks, but it's actually been aerobic for us. It's put us in shape for the cat flinging contest we plan on entering next year. Wish us luck!

We've added a tradition at the Stanton household. It's our Friday night "Millennium Pajama Party and Cigar Soirée®" where someone gets to cook and then if we're not poisoned, we get to watch Millennium at 9:00! Once again, you are more than welcome to visit Tom & Patty's Petting Zoo. Free passes are available (because no one in their right mind would pay for one) so either write, call or email us (Tom & PK@aol.com). Get your pencil ready for our NEW (as of 7/96) address... 1921 Alabama St. #1, Huntington Beach, CA 92648

HAPPY HOLIDAYS!!

Love always, The Tom & Patty Show
