AREA 51 UPDATE - 11/19/00:
And here we were, all stoked because we just celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary. FORTY FOUR YEARS!!! Wow! Color me humbled. I (Pique) need to apologize right now for the contents of the page this week. I am high on a combination of Dayquil and Nyquil right now. It's all good. Just really annoyed that I've had this cold for a week now. Stick a fork in me. I'm done.
What's happened this week? Well, we still don't have a new president, so we can't celebrate (or get depressed) about that. Check out the Link of the Week to keep you occupied while Florida pulls it's head out of it's butt. Horhay and Ron Village-squeezer had a birthday on Monday. Leanne May McIntee turned 1 on Tuesday. We missed her birthday party on Saturday because of this &$%@& cold of mine. Oh yeah, Swede's last day at Ingram was Friday. Woohoo!! Had to send a rescue unit to the Shark Club to recover him and his car because he was too "happy" to drive. What else? The Cowboys blew chunks tonight. Pittsburg is sucking right now. I'm so tired, but I can breathe through my nose.
Thanksgiving is this week. Hmmm... short week. That's all good. We're having a feast at Area 51 Thursday. I have to water the plants. If you don't have plans on, when is it, Thursday - come on by. I don't know what time, so just show up whenever. If you're late, you get leftovers. And bring a pie. Or something. I dunno. I'm wide awake, but I'm not choking on phlegm. It's a good thing. I know, you're impressed I know how to spell "phlegm". I should have been a... something. I dunno.
And then there's Christmas. I know two people who are completely done with their holiday shopping. Is that insane or what? I mean, when do they start thinking about it? Labor Day? What time is it? Guess I have to clean the house if you're coming over. I'll do it tomorrow night. Or something. I dunno. Do I have to vacuume? Did I spell that right? I think I'm done. Fork!
