AREA 51 UPDATE - 12/31/00:
FAREWELL: Happy New Year! Here it is, the final issue of the Area 51 update. No, not just for this year - permanently. It's been fun updating this site every week for over three years now (man, has it been that long?). I have all of you to thank for helping me with the content each week. This website has been about and for you. It was created to keep all of us "in the know" about family and friends. Perhaps at some point, I might create a new website. I'll keep you posted! But don't you worry, this website will remain on the Internet so you can refer to the archives, pictures, classifieds and links as long as you like.
HOLIDAY LETTER 2000: You know how we have been sending out Holiday Letters for the past 5 years and how you didn't receive on this year? It's not because you were naughty and it's not because we don't love you. It's because the season came WAY to quickly and I didn't have time to execute the mailing. The letter was written, but never sent. To rectify the situation, I have posted the Y2K Holiday Letter in the Archives Page along with the five previous letters, so check it out and enjoy.
JARHEAD KEV: We heard from Kevin Harris over the holidays. He is still in Okinawa but he is returning to the states in the next couple weeks. He promised that he would call us the minute he was in town. Kevin said he can't wait to see all of us, and boy do we miss Kev! I'm pretty sure he will be done with his stint in the Marines upon his return, using all of his saved up vacation time for the remainder of his term. CRY HAVOC 2001!!!!
